1: How do you manage to get every nail crooked and still take 2 hours. Its a joke for this place to be so expensive yet so dirty and ghetto.
2: Had a little hiccup at first, but got it figured out quickly. Nails look great and are strong with no breakage after 2 weeks.

4: Nail tech shoved a sharp, unused acrylic tip between my natural nail and my old gel set and pried them off. She wasn’t gentle about it either, and tore off all of the new tip growth underneath down to the nail bed. I paid for a “soak off”, pretty sure that ain’t it, right?
5: She did a great job on my white tip full set. Very fast service and professionally done.
